    A tasty blend of crab, shrimp, bell peppers and our own select blend of seasoning, topped with an ancho pepper remoulade and cussabe sauce.

    A thin crisp tortilla crust covered with refried beans, Mexican cheese blend, lettuce, salsa, black olives, jalapeno peppers and sour cream. Topped with your choice of seasoned ground sirloin or chicken.

    A sampling of the best we have to offer. Our slow roasted BBQ Ribs, Cheese Sticks, Onion Rings and Tex-Mex Chili Con Queso with tortilla chips for dipping.
  • Fried Pickles


    Crisp dill pickle spears dipped in our housemade batter, then deep fried to a golden brown. Served with a honey mustard dipping sauce.

    Open flame grilled shrimp, served over black bean salsa and topped with a jalapeno glaze.
  • Portabella Mushroom Gratin


    Sauteed portabella mushrooms served with au gratin with your choice of topping. Tomato, Basil and Artichoke Medley.

Our signature soups are Seafood Bisque or Baked French Onion . Comes with a breadstick.
  • Caesar Salad


    Fresh, crisp leaves of romaine lettuce tossed with parmesan cheese and croutons, served with Caesar dressing and a soft breadstick. If you like add chicken or shrimp.
  • Maurice Salad


    Shredded lettuce, ham, turkey, Swiss cheese, sweet pickles, diced tomatoes, and olives served with a soft breadstick.
  • Spinach Salad


    Walnuts, granny smith apples, dried cherries, celery, red onion, bleu cheese, all tossed with fresh spinach leaves served with raspberry vinaigrette dressing and a soft breadstick.
  • Oriental Chicken Salad


    Crisp chicken strips and mixed greens tossed with red onion, mandarin oranges, tomatoes, topped with chow mien noodles and toasted sesame seed dressing, served with a soft breadstick.

    Fresh, crisp lettuce topped with bacon, crumbled bleu cheese, tomatoes, sliced egg, sliced red onion and avocado (in season), served with ranch dressing and a soft breadstick.

    Our “INN” house breaded chicken breast covered with marinara sauce and melted mozzarella cheese, baked golden brown and served on pasta.
  • Fettuccine Alfredo


    It doesn’t get any better than this … a rich, creamy blend of black pepper, garlic, parmesan cheese and cream served over fettuccine. If you like add chicken or shrimp.
  • Penne from Heaven


    A classic dish made with chicken, shrimp, artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes and pine nuts, sautéed in garlic and olive oil, and tossed with penne pasta.
  • Roma Pasta


    Caramelized onions and garlic tossed in a Roma tomato sauce, nestled on a bed of spaghetti, topped with melted mozzarella cheese and baked golden brown. If you like add chicken or shrimp.
  • Seafood Lasagna


    Layers upon layers of fresh seafood including shrimp, crab, scallops and salmon. Topped with a rich lobster cream sauce, spinich, roaster red peppers, sundried tomatoes, ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese.
  • Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp


    Sauteed shrimp tossed with tomato, basil, garlic, olive oil, white wine, parmesan cheese and angel hair pasta.

    Fire roasted, Cajun seasoned chicken served over a black bean salsa and topped with pico de gallo.
  • Big Lake Steak


    A 16oz boneless steak seasoned and marinated the LVI way. Try our house specialty zip sauce. Please allow extra time for us to prepare this for you. Served with Chef's potatoes and vegetable.
  • Seafood Au Gratin


    A delightful mix of seafood tossed in a lobster cream sauce. Served over a bed of rice and baked with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  • Grilled Salmon


    Atlantic salmon grilled with fresh lemon, garlic and white wine. Served with basmati rice and Oriental style vegetables.
  • Mahi Mahi Mambo


    Baked and lightly Cajun seasoned Mahi Mahi. Served on a bed of black bean mambo and topped with a sweet tomato medley.
